Transitions are a part of life; the challenge is how to manage them. The women who work with me arrive afraid and overwhelmed, with a tiny glimmer of hope that somehow investing in their future by hiring a life coach they will find their answers and true direction. They have come to a point that more of the same struggle is no longer an option.
A woman's answers always lie within: my role is to bring them forth.
In our coaching sessions, we will discuss your personal journey and find out what is missing or not working. I inquire about what has meaning and value for you, and what you long to embrace in your life. Throughout our work together, we gently explore new interpretations of your life experience and what is possible. I support you in discovering new ways of being, along with the ability to take new actions that create the results you've longed for.
The most gratifying aspect of life coaching is your discovery…of more of yourself. I will offer insights you may not have considered, and hold you accountable for doing the work, and accomplishing the goals you set for yourself, that creative change requires. I will encourage you to take the actions necessary to achieve goals that are realistic for your new commitments.
Along the way you'll learn to design not only a new relationship with yourself, but also work and love relationships that are imbued with clarity, passion and meaning.
